Shipping

All orders require 3 – 7 working days (Monday to Friday) processing and/or assembly time before shipping.

You, our customers, will be notified by email as soon as your order is complete and leaves our premises.

Cyprus Shipping Methods

Your orders are shipped using one of the following shipping services. The preferable service is selected based on the availability of the service in your country. All shipping options are available during the checkout process where our customers can select their desired option:

  1. Delivery to your door: Please ensure that you or someone who is authorised to sign for the goods on your behalf is available to receive the items.
  2. Pickup from our premises: You will be notified as soon as your order is ready for pick-up.

Delivery is only available to the Republic of Cyprus.

International Shipping Methods

Your orders are shipped using one of the following shipping services. The preferable service is selected based on the availability of the service in your country. All shipping options are available during the checkout process where our customers can select their desired option:

  1. Express Mail Service (EMS): A tracking number will be provided to you as soon as the package leaves our premises. Full tracking is available at http://ips.cypruspost.gov.cy/ipswebtrack/.
  2. TNT Express (TNT): A tracking number will be provided to you as soon as the package leaves our premises. Full tracking is available at https://www.tnt.com/.

International Shipping

Custom PC Systems delivers to the following countries:

Q – Qatar

If your country is not listed, please contact us so we can check for the possibility of delivering at your location. In cases where delivery is not possible, the order will be cancelled and the payment will be fully refunded.

Custom PC Systems is not responsible for any package that is damaged, lost, or delayed due to another country’s customs or postal services. In case the item is damaged, lost, or delayed by the shipping service, we can help you resolve the issue with the delivery service. Until the issue is fully resolved, no refunds, credits, or replacements will be provided by Custom PC Systems.

International Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at the time of checkout based on:

  1. The total weight of the order.
  2. The destination country.

Shipping charges do not include any customs and duty fees payable in the destination country.

Custom PC Systems is not responsible for:

  • Delayed deliveries due to closed or delayed airport activity.
  • Delayed deliveries due to weather conditions.
  • Delayed deliveries due to rural area shipping destinations.

Non-EU orders may be subject to import tax. Custom PC Systems does not charge for this tax. Customers should take care of this tax at the destination country. Customers are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, customs, or any other additional fees the destination country or the shipping company charges to import the items in the destination country.

P.O. Box Shipping

Our shipping service cannot deliver to any P.O. Box address.

If a P.O. Box address is provided as a customer’s shipping address, Custom PC Systems will contact the customer via email asking for an alternative physical address which is not a P.O. Box address.
