The VRS DirectForce Pro Formula: A Premium Steering Wheel for F1 Enthusiasts
With the VRS DirectForce Pro Formula Steering Wheel, the manufacturer completes its Pro lineup, bringing a minimalistic yet highly functional steering wheel to the market. The high-quality, durable construction, along with a total of 25 control elements, shift and clutch paddles with Hall sensors and magnets, and non-slip rubber grip surfaces, ensures plenty of driving pleasure and optimal vehicle control.
Optimal Control with Numerous Control Elements
In addition to its robust and precise aluminium construction, the VRS steering wheel also offers numerous ways to control your vehicle. With 14 buttons, you already have more analog control options than in modern vehicles. Added to this are three rotary encoders, two 12-step switches, and two so-called 7-way funky switches. The setup is completed by shift and clutch paddles with Hall sensors. For lightning-fast shifting, the shift paddles are also equipped with magnets.
Firm Grip Even in the Most Intense Conditions
To ensure an exceptionally stable grip, VRS has equipped the DirectForce Pro Formula with non-slip rubber grip surfaces. With a grip width of 287 mm, you'll always have a firm hold on your vehicle—whether on snow, in the rain, or through the tightest curves. The minimal design made from lightweight aluminium also facilitates sudden and aggressive manoeuvres.
Universal Mounting with 70 mm Bolt Circle
Another advantage of the VRS DirectForce Pro Formula Steering Wheel is its compatibility with universal 70 mm PCD mounting. This allows you to equip the wheel with an optional quick-release or directly mount it to the steering column.
The optional quick-release mechanism also makes the steering wheel compatible with common wheelbases with a 70 mm bolt circle. This way, both the optional quick-release mechanism and the steering wheel are not limited to a VRS wheelbase.
