Description
The Kapton Insulation Sheet is a polyimide film that can be used at high temperatures up to 280 degrees Celsius and acts as an assembly aid for electrically conductive thermal interface materials (TIM). It is ideal for masking components such as SMDs on a CPU or GPU when using Conductonaut liquid metal, Carbonaut, or KryoSheet.
Easy Application
Kapton Insulation Sheet comes in packs of 10 sheets, each with 5 Kapton adhesive strips. Each adhesive strip is 10 mm wide and 60 mm long, with a thickness of 40µm. It is recommended to thoroughly clean the surface where the insulation sheet will be applied (e.g., with isopropanol).
